No Expedited Shipping Available:
We currently do not offer expedited shipping options. However, for faster delivery, we recommend checking our local Amazon stores in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe (Germany), and Japan. These stores have a selection of popular products in local stock for quicker shipping.
Important for Certain International Orders:
For orders shipped to France, Sweden, Poland, Norway, Greece, Israel, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong, China, it is mandatory to provide the recipient's phone number to ensure successful delivery.

What is your warranty policy?
We stand by a one-year warranty, essential for our handcrafted items using natural materials. Given the artisanal nature, our products are not standardized industrial outputs. They may include minor discrepancies in craftsmanship precision or wood warping due to temperature changes. Our shell inlays are eco-friendly and glued, which could loosen in high heat. If any issue affects product use, reach out for warranty support.
Are 'Darkwood' and 'Rosy' Specific Wood Species in Your Color Options?
The color options "Darkwood," "Rosy," "Walnut," and "Cherry" in our products represent the general color and aesthetic of the wood used in our phone cases, rather than specifying a particular wood species. At Carveit, we are deeply committed to ecological sustainability and the responsible use of natural resources. This commitment means we exclusively use non-endangered, legally sourced wood species for our products.
To match the color options we offer, we may utilize different wood species from various origins that share similar color characteristics. This approach allows us to maintain both the beauty of our products and our ecological responsibility. However, this also means that we are unable to accommodate requests for cases made from specific wood species. The wood used for each color option is selected based on availability, sustainability, and aesthetics, ensuring that each case is both environmentally conscious and uniquely beautiful.

How should I clean and maintain my wooden phone case?
To clean your wooden case, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. For more stubborn residue, use a cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild soap solution, then dry immediately with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat to maintain the integrity of the wood and the inlaid materials. Regular light cleaning will keep your case looking pristine.
Can I customize a magnetic case for my device?
Our magnetic feature is exclusively built into specific iPhone models that officially support Apple's MagSafe technology (including iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15 series and any subsequent iPhone models with MagSafe feature). Due to patent limitations and device compatibility concerns, we do not offer customization of the magnetic (MagSafe) feature for other brands or devices.
How protective are the phone cases?
Our phone cases deliver standard protection, featuring slightly raised edges around the screen and camera to guard against direct contact. The frames are soft yet sufficiently protective. However, the hardness of the wood veneer depends on the material itself—Darkwood and Rosy are harder, while Walnut and Cherry are softer. Nonetheless, any wood is prone to show marks if knocked.
How does the engraving design look on different models?
We understand that some customers are curious about how the engraving design will fit on their phone model. Since many phones have large cameras, we have to adjust the design layout for each model to avoid cutting off too much of the graphics. However, some cropping is inevitable for some full-frame seamless patterns. We try our best to make the design look harmonious and beautiful on every model, but please note that the final engraving will vary depending on the phone. What should I do if my phone model or preferred wood species is not listed?
We recommend regularly checking our listings for updates, as we continually strive to expand our range. However, if your phone model or desired wood species is not currently available, we unfortunately cannot offer a custom solution. Our listings reflect the full extent of our current offerings, and we invite you to explore these options for a case that aligns with your needs and preferences.
